Birthday Party Packages in San Antonio

Celebrate your next birthday at Escape Away, a private party house in San Antonio with space to gather, entertainment to enjoy, and personalized keepsakes to take home. Whether you’re planning your own birthday or organizing a celebration for someone special, choose from three packages accommodating up to 25, 35, or 50 people.

Book the house on its own or choose a package with personalized birthday displays, guest favors, and pizza. You do not need to stay overnight to book a party, and families staying elsewhere are welcome to reserve a celebration.

What Every Birthday Booking Includes

Every package includes private use of the house and its standard amenities, including the private theater and PlayStation Theater Game Pass. Each level has a specific attendee limit and celebration schedule, making it easy to choose the amount of space and time your group needs.

Prices include taxes, with no additional cleaning fee. Sunday–Thursday rates are $500 lower than Friday–Saturday rates. Attendance limits include everyone present, including children, the birthday guest of honor, and anyone staying overnight.

Level 1 — House Party

Level 1 gives you four hours for up to 25 attendees, from 2:30–6:30 p.m. It’s our simplest birthday option: private use of the house and amenities, with room to bring your own food and celebration details.

Personalized items and pizza are not included with this level. The price is $1,500 Sunday–Thursday or $2,000 Friday–Saturday.

Level 2 — Personalized Celebration

Level 2 includes five and a half hours for up to 35 attendees, from 2:30–8:00 p.m. Your celebration comes with a 6×6 personalized birthday wall with a removable take-home name sign, a 24×36-inch keepsake sign, one personalized cake topper, 35 cupcake toppers, and six large pizzas.

You also choose one premium party selection and one guest selection, described below. The full package is $2,249 Sunday–Thursday or $2,749 Friday–Saturday.

Level 3 — Signature Birthday

Level 3 offers seven hours for up to 50 attendees, from 2:30–9:30 p.m. It includes the birthday wall, removable name sign, keepsake sign, and cake topper featured in Level 2, with quantities increased to 50 cupcake toppers and ten large pizzas.

You also receive two premium party selections, two guest selections, and a personalized birthday gift collection for the guest of honor. The full package is $2,899 Sunday–Thursday or $3,399 Friday–Saturday.

Venue-Only Birthday Bookings

Want more time and a larger attendee limit while supplying your own birthday details? Our Level 2 and Level 3 venue-only options include the house and standard amenities, with the selected level’s hours and capacity. Food and personalized package items are excluded.

Level 2 venue-only bookings accommodate up to 35 attendees and cost $2,099 Sunday–Thursday or $2,599 Friday–Saturday. Level 3 venue-only bookings accommodate up to 50 attendees and cost $2,599 Sunday–Thursday or $3,099 Friday–Saturday. Level 1 is already a house-only offering.

Personalized Birthday Displays & Setup

For Levels 2 and 3, the personalized birthday wall creates a focal point for your celebration. The name displayed on the wall is removable, allowing the birthday recipient to take it home as a personalized name sign afterward.

Your included displays and personalized items will be arranged before you arrive. After booking, we’ll contact you by phone to confirm names, ages, wording, and other necessary details for the items you select.

Our packages offer the products and designs shown rather than fully themed party styling. Custom themes and color schemes are not included. Collection images are illustrative; your package and confirmed selections determine what you receive, and background decorations or staging are not automatically included.

Premium Party Selections

Choose from a personalized birthday number signature sign, personalized shot glasses, or personalized coasters.

The birthday number signature sign is shaped around the recipient’s age—for example, “26”—and includes their name. Made from three-quarter-inch birch, it gives guests a place to write messages with a permanent marker, creating a shared birthday keepsake.

Level 2 includes one premium selection: one shared signature sign, ten personalized shot glasses, or ten personalized coasters. Level 3 includes two different premium selections, with 20 glasses or coasters per selected type. The signature sign remains one shared sign for the group.

Guest Selections & Personalized Party Bags

Guest choices include personalized bag tags, personalized party bags, or one additional large pizza. Level 2 includes one selection, with 35 tags or bags when chosen. Level 3 includes two different selections, with 50 tags or bags per selected type.

Party bags are customized with names or agreed wording and are supplied empty, ready for you to fill with your own treats or favors. Contents are not included.

Choosing the additional pizza brings the total to seven pizzas for Level 2 or eleven pizzas for Level 3.

Level 3 Birthday Gift Collection

The Signature Birthday package includes a personalized gift collection for the guest of honor: a custom keepsake box, tumbler, notebook and pen, coasters, mini keepsake box, and dog tag keychain. These items give the birthday recipient something personal to keep and enjoy after the celebration.

Food, Cake & Dining Supplies

Level 2 full packages include six large pizzas, and Level 3 full packages include ten, before any additional-pizza selection. Level 1 and venue-only bookings do not include food.

You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake, cupcakes, food, and drinks. Cakes and cupcakes are not included with their personalized toppers. Drinks and disposable dining supplies are also not provided, but guests may use the plates and utensils available in the house.

Optional Overnight Accommodations

Extend your visit with an overnight stay immediately following the birthday celebration. Checkout is 11 a.m. the next day, and the maximum overnight occupancy is 16 guests.

For Sunday–Thursday bookings, the overnight addition is $300 for 1–7 guests or $500 for 8–16 guests. For Friday–Saturday bookings, it is $450 for 1–7 guests or $650 for 8–16 guests.

An overnight booking does not extend the party hours. The celebration must end at your package’s scheduled time, and event-only attendees must leave. Registered overnight guests may remain until checkout.

Parking & Transportation

Vehicle limits are ten for Level 1, 14 for Level 2, and 20 for Level 3. These limits include all vehicles associated with the gathering, including overnight guests’ vehicles, and apply to full-package and venue-only bookings.

Fill the four designated driveway spaces first, following our parking instructions. Additional vehicles must use permitted neighborhood street parking without blocking driveways or access. Street spaces are shared, not reserved or guaranteed. Please organize carpools or rideshares so your group stays within its vehicle limit.

How Far Ahead Should You Book?

Please book at least one week before your birthday celebration to allow time for preparation and personalization. Have your preferred date, estimated attendee count, and package choice ready when you inquire.

After booking, we’ll contact you by phone to work through the details for your selected items. Share the correct spelling of names, the birthday age, and any wording needed so we can prepare your order.

Payment & Pricing

Full payment is currently required at booking. The birthday prices listed include taxes, and there is no additional cleaning fee. Optional overnight accommodations are added to your event price.

Your inquiry lets us confirm availability and the details of your booking. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve your date.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel seven or more days before the event to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than seven days before the event receive a 25% refund. Refund percentages apply to the total booking amount, including any overnight addition.

No-shows receive no refund. Please consider these terms when booking, as personalized items require advance preparation.

Cleanup & Departure

Before leaving, gather your group’s trash, address spills, and leave the house and yard reasonably tidy. Please avoid scattered outdoor trash or excessive messes. We handle the remaining routine cleanup, so extensive cleaning is not expected of your group.
