BMT Graduation Parties in San Antonio Near Lackland

Celebrate your Airman’s Basic Military Training graduation with family and friends at Escape Away, a private party house in San Antonio approximately 15 minutes from Lackland Air Force Base, depending on traffic and the gate used. Choose from three graduation party packages for up to 25, 35, or 50 attendees, with options for personalized graduation displays, keepsakes, guest favors, and pizza. Overnight accommodations are optional, so you can book a celebration without reserving an overnight stay.

Exclusive $150 Military Discount

Every BMT graduation party package receives an exclusive $150 military discount, including venue-only options. All event prices listed below already include this discount and taxes, with no additional cleaning fee. Sunday–Thursday event pricing is also $500 lower than Friday–Saturday pricing. The military discount is exclusive to our BMT graduation packages and does not apply to optional overnight accommodations.

Level 1 — House Party

Level 1 includes private use of the house and its standard amenities for up to 25 attendees, from 2:30–6:30 p.m. Enjoy four hours together with access to the private theater and PlayStation Theater Game Pass. This house-only package is ideal for families who want to bring their own food and celebration details; personalized displays, favors, and pizza are not included. The BMT package price is $1,350 Sunday–Thursday or $1,850 Friday–Saturday.

Level 2 — Personalized Celebration

Level 2 provides five and a half hours for up to 35 attendees, from 2:30–8:00 p.m. Along with the house and amenities, your celebration includes a 6 × 6-foot personalized graduation wall with a removable take-home name and Air Force emblem, a 24 × 36-inch premium keepsake sign, one personalized cake topper, 35 personalized cupcake toppers, and six large 16-inch pizzas.

You also choose one option from the Premium Party Selections and one option from the Guest Selections described below. Your included displays and personalized items will be arranged before you arrive. The full BMT package price is $2,099 Sunday–Thursday or $2,599 Friday–Saturday.

Level 3 — Signature Graduation

Level 3 offers seven hours for up to 50 attendees, from 2:30–9:30 p.m. It includes the graduation wall, removable take-home name and emblem, premium keepsake sign, and cake topper featured in Level 2, with quantities increased to 50 personalized cupcake toppers and ten large 16-inch pizzas.

This package also includes two choices from each selection group and a personalized BMT gift collection for your graduate. The full BMT package price is $2,849 Sunday–Thursday or $3,349 Friday–Saturday. Attendance limits for every package include everyone present, including children and the graduate.

Venue-Only Options

If you want more time and space for guests without the personalized package items, choose a Level 2 or Level 3 venue-only reservation. These options include private use of the house and standard amenities, with the same event hours and attendee limits as the corresponding full package. Pizza, personalized displays, toppers, favors, and the graduate gift collection are not included.

Level 2 venue-only pricing is $1,949 Sunday–Thursday or $2,449 Friday–Saturday, for up to 35 attendees from 2:30–8:00 p.m. Level 3 venue-only pricing is $2,449 Sunday–Thursday or $2,949 Friday–Saturday, for up to 50 attendees from 2:30–9:30 p.m. These prices already include the military discount and taxes. Level 1 is already a house-only offering.

Personalized Graduation Displays & Keepsakes

The Level 2 and Level 3 full packages include a 6 × 6-foot personalized graduation wall featuring your graduate’s name and Air Force emblem. The name and emblem can be removed after the celebration and taken home to display. The graduation wall and take-home personalized name listed on the menu are parts of this same feature; the entire wall panel is not a take-home item.

These packages also include a separate 24 × 36-inch premium keepsake sign, presented in the house for your celebration and yours to take home afterward. It can be displayed as wall art to remember your Airman’s graduation.

Premium Party Selections

Choose from dog tag keychains, personalized coasters, or personalized shot glasses. The Level 2 full package includes one selected option with ten items. The Level 3 full package includes two different selected options with 20 items of each. For example, choosing keychains and coasters with Level 3 provides 20 dog tag keychains and 20 personalized coasters.

Guest Selections

Choose from a personalized signature sign, personalized party bags, or personalized writing pens. The Level 2 full package includes one option, while the Level 3 full package includes two different options. When you select party bags or pens, you receive 35 of that item with Level 2 or 50 with Level 3.

The signature sign is one shared keepsake that guests can write messages on during the celebration. It counts as one selection and includes one sign at either package level. Personalized party bags are supplied empty, ready for you to fill with your own favors or treats. Selections are made separately from each group: Level 2 includes one premium choice and one guest choice, while Level 3 includes two choices from each group.

Personalized BMT Gift Collection

The Level 3 full package includes a personalized gift collection for your graduate: a notebook and pen set, an engraved wooden keepsake box, a custom tumbler, five personalized coasters, a wooden congratulations plaque, a thin metal congratulations plaque, one personalized wallet card, a luggage tag, a dog tag keychain, and a dog tag necklace.

The wooden and metal plaques each measure approximately 5 × 7 inches. The keepsake box measures approximately 12½ inches wide, 10½ inches deep, and 5 inches tall when closed. The wallet card has a personalized front and an encouraging message on the back; images showing both sides represent one card.

Personalization & Setup

After booking, we’ll contact you by phone to discuss your graduate’s name, wording, and the details needed for your personalized items. Share your ideas, and we’ll confirm what can be created within your selected package. Please book at least one week in advance to allow time for preparation.

Your included displays and personalized items will be arranged in the house before you arrive. Collection images illustrate the available products; your package and confirmed selections determine what you receive. Background decorations and staging shown in images are not automatically included.

Food & Dining Supplies

The Level 2 full package includes six large pizzas, and the Level 3 full package includes ten large pizzas. Level 1 and venue-only reservations do not include food. Cakes, cupcakes, drinks, and disposable dining supplies are not provided. The included cake and cupcake toppers are personalized decorations; baked goods are not included.

You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks and use the plates and utensils available in the house.

Optional Overnight Accommodations

An overnight reservation is not required to host your BMT graduation party. If you would like to stay, you can add the night immediately following your celebration, with checkout at 11 a.m. the next day. Overnight accommodations are available for up to 16 registered guests.

For Sunday–Thursday bookings, the overnight addition is $300 for 1–7 guests or $500 for 8–16 guests. For Friday–Saturday bookings, it is $450 for 1–7 guests or $650 for 8–16 guests. These amounts are added to your event package and do not receive the $150 military discount.

An overnight stay does not extend your party hours. The celebration must end at your package’s scheduled time, and event-only attendees must leave. Registered overnight guests may remain until checkout the following morning.

Parking & Transportation

Vehicle limits are ten for Level 1, 14 for Level 2, and 20 for Level 3. These limits include all vehicles associated with your reservation, including overnight guests’ vehicles, and apply to both full packages and venue-only bookings.

Use the four designated driveway spaces first, following our parking instructions. Additional vehicles must use permitted neighborhood street parking without blocking driveways or access. Street spaces are shared and are not reserved or guaranteed. Please coordinate carpools or rideshares to stay within your package’s vehicle limit and help keep the neighborhood comfortable for everyone.

Booking & Payment

Please book at least one week before your celebration so we have time to prepare your personalized items and arrange your package. Full payment is currently required at booking. Listed prices include taxes, and there is no additional cleaning fee.

When choosing your celebration date and hours, coordinate with your graduate’s official schedule and permitted off-base time. Your event package does not change any military return requirements.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made seven or more days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than seven days before the event receive a 25% refund. These percentages apply to the total booking amount, including any overnight addition. No-shows receive no refund.

Cleanup Before Leaving

Please gather your group’s trash, address spills, and leave the house and yard reasonably tidy. Avoid scattered outdoor trash or excessive messes. We handle the remaining routine cleanup, so extensive cleaning is not expected of your group.
