Celebrate your next chapter at Escape Away, a private party house in San Antonio for engagement parties, bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, bridal showers, rehearsal gatherings, and wedding celebrations with family and friends. Choose from three packages for up to 25, 35, or 50 attendees, with options for personalized displays, keepsakes, guest favors, and pizza. Overnight accommodations are optional.

Escape Away is approximately two minutes from The Glass House wedding venue, depending on traffic, making the house a convenient gathering place for couples and guests celebrating nearby. Whether you’re planning a celebration before the wedding or bringing loved ones together afterward, choose the package that fits your group and schedule.

A Place for Every Wedding Celebration

Our wedding party packages can be used for different celebrations surrounding your wedding. Host an engagement party, bring your wedding party together for a bachelor or bachelorette gathering, celebrate with a bridal shower, or enjoy a rehearsal gathering with your closest friends and family. These occasions use the same package levels, with the personalized wording discussed before your event.

Enjoy private use of the house and its standard amenities, including the private theater and PlayStation Theater Game Pass. You can reserve the house for your celebration without booking an overnight stay.

Level 1 — House Party

Level 1 includes four hours for up to 25 attendees, from 2:30–6:30 p.m. This house-only package provides private use of the property and its standard amenities, giving you space to bring your own food and celebration details. Personalized displays, favors, and pizza are not included.

The price is $1,500 Sunday–Thursday or $2,000 Friday–Saturday. Taxes are included, with no additional cleaning fee.

Level 2 — Personalized Celebration

Level 2 provides five and a half hours for up to 35 attendees, from 2:30–8:00 p.m. Along with the house and amenities, your package includes a 6 × 6-foot personalized wedding wall with a removable take-home family name, a 24 × 36-inch premium keepsake sign, one personalized cake topper, 35 personalized cupcake toppers, and six large 16-inch pizzas.

You also choose one option from the Premium Party Selections and one option from the Guest Selections below. Your included displays and personalized items will be arranged before you arrive. The full package price is $2,249 Sunday–Thursday or $2,749 Friday–Saturday.

Level 3 — Signature Wedding Event

Level 3 offers seven hours for up to 50 attendees, from 2:30–9:30 p.m. It includes the personalized wedding wall, removable family name, premium keepsake sign, and cake topper featured in Level 2, with quantities increased to 50 personalized cupcake toppers and ten large 16-inch pizzas.

This package also includes two choices from each selection group and a personalized wedding gift collection for the couple. The full package price is $2,899 Sunday–Thursday or $3,399 Friday–Saturday. Attendance limits for every package include everyone present, including children and the couple.

Venue-Only Options

For a larger gathering or more celebration time without the personalized package items, choose a Level 2 or Level 3 venue-only reservation. These options include the house and standard amenities, with the same hours and attendee limits as the corresponding full package. Food, personalized displays, toppers, favors, and the wedding gift collection are not included.

Level 2 venue-only pricing is $2,099 Sunday–Thursday or $2,599 Friday–Saturday, for up to 35 attendees from 2:30–8:00 p.m. Level 3 venue-only pricing is $2,599 Sunday–Thursday or $3,099 Friday–Saturday, for up to 50 attendees from 2:30–9:30 p.m. Level 1 is already a house-only offering.

Personalized Wedding Displays & Keepsakes

The Level 2 and Level 3 full packages include a 6 × 6-foot personalized wedding wall featuring a removable family name, such as “The Morgans.” After the celebration, you can take the personalized name home and display it on your wall. The wedding wall and take-home name listed on the menu are parts of this same feature; the entire wall panel is not a take-home item.

Both packages also include a separate 24 × 36-inch premium keepsake sign. It will be displayed for your celebration and is yours to take home afterward, where it can be hung as wall art.

Premium Party Selections

Choose from personalized wine glasses, personalized shot glasses, or personalized coasters. The Level 2 full package includes one selected option with ten items. The Level 3 full package includes two different selected options with 20 items of each.

For example, selecting wine glasses and coasters with Level 3 provides 20 personalized wine glasses and 20 personalized coasters. We’ll discuss the names, date, and wording for your chosen items during your personalization call.

Guest Selections

Choose from personalized wooden bag tags, custom party bags, or a personalized letter signature sign. Level 2 includes one option, while Level 3 includes two different options. When you select bag tags or party bags, you receive 35 with Level 2 or 50 with Level 3.

The letter signature sign—listed as the “Letter Sharpie Sign” on the menu—is a personalized wooden initial that guests can write messages on during your celebration. It includes one shared sign at either level, creating a keepsake of everyone who celebrated with you.

Custom party bags are supplied empty for you to fill with your own favors or treats. The bag-tag option includes personalized wooden tags only; bags are a separate selection. Level 2 includes one choice from each group, and Level 3 includes two choices from each group.

Personalized Wedding Gift Collection

The Level 3 full package includes a personalized wedding gift collection for the couple. The collection features an engraved wooden keepsake box, a personalized cutting board, an illuminated acrylic keepsake display, two personalized wine glasses, a custom notebook, a personalized Christmas ornament, two luggage tags, four coasters, and a pair of coordinating keychains.

These pieces give you a collection of practical gifts and keepsakes to enjoy after the celebration. We’ll confirm the names, date, and applicable wording before preparing your collection.

Personalization & Setup

After booking, we’ll contact you by phone to discuss your celebration, names, date, and the details needed for your personalized items. Let us know whether you’re planning an engagement party, bachelor or bachelorette gathering, bridal shower, or wedding celebration so we can confirm suitable wording within your package.

Please book at least one week in advance to allow time for preparation. Your included displays and personalized items will be arranged before you arrive. Product images illustrate the available items; your package and confirmed selections determine what you receive. Flowers, background decorations, and other staging shown in images are not automatically included.

Food & Dining Supplies

The Level 2 full package includes six large pizzas, and the Level 3 full package includes ten large pizzas. Level 1 and venue-only reservations do not include food.

Cakes, cupcakes, drinks, and disposable dining supplies are not provided. The personalized cake and cupcake toppers are decorations and do not include baked goods. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks and use the plates and utensils available in the house.

Optional Overnight Accommodations

An overnight stay is not required to host your celebration. If you would like to stay, you can add the night immediately following your event, with checkout at 11 a.m. the next day. Overnight accommodations are available for up to 16 registered guests.

For Sunday–Thursday bookings, the overnight addition is $300 for 1–7 guests or $500 for 8–16 guests. For Friday–Saturday bookings, it is $450 for 1–7 guests or $650 for 8–16 guests. These amounts are added to your event package.

An overnight stay does not extend the party hours. Your celebration must end at the scheduled time, and event-only attendees must leave. Registered overnight guests may remain until checkout.

Parking & Transportation

Vehicle limits are ten for Level 1, 14 for Level 2, and 20 for Level 3. These limits cover all vehicles associated with your reservation, including overnight guests’ vehicles, and apply to both full packages and venue-only bookings.

Use the four designated driveway spaces first, following our parking instructions. Additional vehicles must use permitted neighborhood street parking without blocking driveways or access. Street spaces are shared and are not reserved or guaranteed. Please coordinate carpools or rideshares to stay within your package’s vehicle limit.

Booking & Payment

Please book at least one week before your celebration. Full payment is currently required at booking, and listed prices include taxes with no additional cleaning fee. Sunday–Thursday event pricing is $500 lower than Friday–Saturday pricing.

If your celebration is connected to a wedding at The Glass House or another nearby venue, coordinate your gathering with that event’s schedule and your selected Escape Away party hours.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made seven or more days before the event receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than seven days before the event receive a 25% refund. These percentages apply to the total booking amount, including any overnight addition. No-shows receive no refund.

Cleanup Before Leaving

Please gather your group’s trash, address spills, and leave the house and yard reasonably tidy. Avoid scattered outdoor trash or excessive messes. We handle the remaining routine cleanup, so extensive cleaning is not expected of your group.

Use the booking inquiry form to share your preferred date, celebration type, total attendee count, package level, and whether you would like overnight accommodations. Include your phone number and any questions so we can contact you, confirm availability, and discuss your plans.
